Background

mare projekti d.o.o. was founded in 2006 with the aim to bring Croatian and German experts together for realizing highest level of quality, reliability and excellence in the field of initiating, planning and realizing investment projects. Local knowledge and expertise is supplemented with experience, advanced technology and international capacities to bring added value to the projects and its clients.

This cooperation was initiated on the basis of intergovernmental cooperation between Germany and Croatia in the tourism and infrastructure development sector.

As member of mpi group, mare projekti d.o.o. has direct access to project development, financing and business development experience, enabling us to develop feasible, bankable and profitable projects.

We believe that working together in creative international team, brings best results and makes the project be the number one. That is our commitment. To structure and develop projects that will stand the test of time, and bring success to all involved stakeholders.

Philosophy

We never deliver answers as off the “shelf” solutions. All our projects are planned individually, based on micro and macro location characteristics, market analysis and a creative approach to meet the requirements of today, as well as of tomorrow. When developing projects we apply sustainability principles, with an emphasis on advanced environmental concepts and a positive impact to the regions where they are targeted.
